There is a Hookbill the Koopa fight in Tetris Attack (SNES, 1995) as well. It’s in the boss lair (Mountain of Wickedness), but the first of four fights, so I guess debatable if you call it a boss or not.

This video made me remember that I never even finished Paper Mario 64 when I played it as a kid, I remember getting stuck somewhere and could never figure out how to progress :(

I had the same issue as well back in Chapter 2 where I couldn't find the gem stone that should locate the secret sand castle where the boss, "Tutankoopa", is hiding. The only reason why I couldn't find it, is due to my copy of the game is JP version, and I couldn't read the dialogues that'll tell me how to get the gem stone. After getting the EN version, I finally got through Chapter 2, and finished the game.

honestly I don't think it has as much of a paper mario feel and is more of a experiment to try something new, its not really that much of a paper mario game but it's got a slightly interesting concept

This is supposed to be about Koopa Troopas. Bowser is only a part of the Koopa species, and as such is not a Koopa Troopa. Also, fitting every Koopa species boss battle into a single video would stretch on for very many hours, so they’d have to be divided.
