I think that 6:10 is slightly different I think Garchomp starts with either outrage (garchomp unite move) or dual chop (which is still dragon type and learnable by garchomp) then follows up with dig and then finishes with any powerful single-hit slashing move (I like to think it's guillotine even if it should be a one hit ko and I'm not sure garchomp can learn guillotine)

Guardian 6 he could actually be playable in smash bros, only because he carries drums doesn’t mean he has them at all times, if you look at rillaboom in Pokémon camp you can see that he carries his drums on his back. In smash bros he could use his fists as neutral attacks then take out his drums for special attacks, it would be really simple. I’ve actually have thought up a moveset for him and I think it would work out, I really hope he makes it in smash bros
