I'm curious about when you change between low stance and high stance while dodging, what are the advantages? I'm new to this game.

Low stance has short dodges can be chained(best for evasion) High stance has long dodges but slow to chain and with lag at end Mid stance has both Important thing is in low stance your dodges cost less stamina (65 vs 200 in mid stance for a short dodge) so use low for evasion. I learned this recently also useful tip always press guard before dodge since it will make you dodge on press of button instead of release and you can block if oyu miss timing
