With Yasakani you can put on 2 pieces of Merchant armor, that's plus 10% amrita as a set bonus and if you manage to kill the bosses with an active skill that has "Refulgent Strike" on it, they give 100% more amrita

Np, it's what I've been using, with the clan bonus of double amrita it can give up to 22 million amrita in 1 go Without the sake it still gives around 6-7 mil and with it 10ish is always guaranteed

I suspect you're going to have to grin and bear "The Two Faces of Hospitality" in "Twilight". Human enemies, I have noticed, start dropping it after you've completed that one, but the boss in that mission is the guy that uses it, so.. Y'know. Kill it. Running through the level is a bit of a pain though.

I suggest you to start farming Amrita at the end of NG+ when you want (if you want) reach the 300 level cap. Before that I think is not necessary.

Amrita farming in Nioh and Nioh 2 has always been useless waste of time as the Amrita gain rate depends of enemy level. At Dream of the Nioh no enemy drops less that 10 million Amrita so why waste 2 minutes for less than that if you have already completed the story and have access to higher NG+ tiers?
