Still farming, I got the Dual Swords and Katana but I am maining Odachi. :) I heard about it on Peeves stream about the Dragon skill.

Each weapon has 4 hidden skill Till now only 19 has been discovered in Japanese wiki more like blog And to get these hidden skill don't raise luck it's useless instead use weapon, armour, soul cores and guardian spirit with drop rate that is important not luck since it only affects rarity

okay so each weapon has four which is a lot. I don't know but I've been having really good luck by a raising my luck High so that's going to need some more testing

my last two videos are because of luck. I use the guardian Spirit Nine tais which gives you + 70 then I have three different soul cores with + 31. that's a total of 163 luck when you use a Yokai shift. so I'll wait till the boss has no Health and then I use it. I just Farm the ice boss using this strategy and got it on the first try. yesterday Farm him for an hour and didn't get anything without this strategy. more testing is needed but I honestly think luck is helping out

@@GamingWithAbyss No one knows luck is helping or drop or whatever because most blog have written equip drop rate up instead of luck.

right now I have my item drop rate at + 26.4 and then you have the Kodama blessing another 25%. my luck is at + 46 then I have the Yokai shift at + 163 luck. with all that combined I feel like the drops are coming a little faster so only time will tell what is the best for it

this took 95 tries, most of them were done by shooting him to death with hand cannon, still took over 2 hours doing the same thing almost 100 time over just to get 1 weapon skill, why can't they just lock in behind a extremely difficulty mission

the two in the dojo missions are even worse. the drop rate is horrendous

What level are you on now ? And as you keep doing Mission further from previous encounters do they Scale on the level you're on ?.... would like to see how further have you gotten , as far as Switchglaive Build ( and level stats ) thanks 👌🏼

I haven't had the chance to get really into the second playthrough but those enemies there are definitely higher leveled. right now I'm at level 134 Con 50 Heart 10 Courage 5 Stamina 22 Strength 20 Skill 20 Dex 20 Magic 29

@@GamingWithAbyss You're doing just fine honestly , i heard NG+ is very much challenging unless you get geared up ( Full Divine Gear/Weapon ) which at this point the first half of the game is at NG+ is managable... while the End-Game Bosses are pretty much 3 times tougher lol , NG+ has nothing honestly aside from maybe Trophies... but anyhow the Drop Rates in NG+'s are raised pretty much High even the 1st Boss drops Divine Gear & pretty much all of them later on... I'm honestly waiting for Legendary Gear to drop from a DLC or season pass future Patches or whatever ( Since Nioh 1 had insane very very insane looking Legendary Gears )... Got get it dude 👍🏼 goodluck

yeah I ran most of the main missions for the first two areas just to get some of that Divine gear. after that It wasn't so bad but I can imagine the bosses are probably going to be difficult later on

@@GamingWithAbyss That's Awsome 👌🏼 keep getting those upgraded Divine stuff to rank up the overrall Build/Stats , you will then have a good chance surviving through the Tougher Bosses through late missions. Hell yeah , soo it's pretty quite not that Boring after finishing the Main Storyline after the Final Boss ( Which you can grind for Divine Gear & do other Sub/Dojo Missions ) to complete out pretty much everything u need as a Magic/Ninjutsu build... hopefully later on also we get them sick Legendary Gear thro the DLC's and Season Pass 👏🏼🔥

farmed this ability out because it looked cool, unfortunately it does dogshit damage compared to the normal grapple. I was doing 5k with grapple, now I'm doing like 1.5k with this and it doesn't look like I can turn this off now that I have it. So that's nice. least it looks cool I guess.

that sucks because it definitely looks better but go to the menu and skill customization and you can change it their back to Grapple

@@GamingWithAbyss yeah I tried that and it wouldn't let me, but to be fair I'm also sitting at my computer while I was farming with my TV across the room, and my eye sight isn't great, so maybe I was on like, Katana's skill set instead of Odachi, I'll check when I play some more.

What I ended up doing for my katana since it looked so cool was built grapple damage onto my gear. And put fire on my weapon. The grapple burns them and does mad damage. I now hit for about 3K with grapple plus the burn damage I’m dealing which is usually 113 per tick. For the cool animation and fire application I say worth it

@@AggressiveSushi i'll try to keep that in mind, i'm running a paralysis build so I don't know if I can have fire on my odachi or not with out fucking up my build. if i find inheritable fire maybe.

Roland Lebay you can’t have two elements on a weapon. And a paralysis build? How does that work? I find paralysis useless since the moment you hit the enemy they are free again.

I don't know if you have your item drop rate increase but you can add some at The Shrine with the kodamas. plus I try to have my luck as high as I can
