Nioh 2 - The Complete Edition First Impressions and Gameplay

I'd like to play Nioh too, but it seems hard...way harder than dark souls even (which I struggled a lot to finish). I don't think I'll ever get past the first boss of the game :)

It's a lot more complex and if you're not accustomed to hack'n'slash action games it's gonna be even harder, but the satisfaction you get when you master the combat is unparalleled, Dark Souls is easy once you understand s and have a decent build, but this one is still challenging even after understanding the basics. The skillcap and road to mastery is much higher and I prefer it to DS.

@@Rukkard Indeed, from what I've seen so far, Nioh has a complex and more strategic combat system compared to the DS games where the combat and the games altogether are rather linear. I added the game on my wishlist and looking forward to get it soon. Would you recommed to start with Nioh 1 or jump straight to the second?

@@spinner_5046 gameplay wise they are almost identical, with subtle differences, so i suggest starting with the first one as they are very tied story wise
