Have you done the Wayne County Airport Disaster? Northwest 299 collided with Northwest 1482 due to low visibility and the crew of 1482 not having much knowledge of the Airport Layout. Plane model : Concorde Cause of crash : While doing takeoff procedure, left tire stuck a piece of metal and the rubber from the tire flew up into fuel tank No.5 and caused immense pressure inside the fuel tank causing it to rupture, then the fuel burst into the engine’s afterburner causing a massive fire.
