Just want to say an off topic but imp thing that the Extraordinary students from top pharmaceutical institutes of India like NIPER, BHU IIT, PU, CU, ICT Mumbai etc get avg placement salary is 5-7 lacs for mpharm which is the avg placement package for ordinary B.tech students from ordinary engineering colleges. And if we talk about top engineering institutes and their campus placement then we pharmacist r nothing in comparison to them. A hard working b.pharm student as a fresher only get 10-15 k per month after 4yrs of hard work. Even after 2-4 yrs experience he will not get above 50k per month whether he has been brilliant in his work

Sir Plz discuss about the saturation state in pharmaceutical field in india. Acc to trend nowadays, In next 5-10 yrs there will be medical stores and pharmacies at every corners, chaurahas like general stores or kirana stores. So many students doing dpharm or b.pharm after 12th. And many of them doing by just sitting at home or by cheating at exam centres.
