Yes, it is very much doable to get your hair back as strong as they were earlier. However, you need to closely follow some rules. Rule #1 - Upon waking up early in the morning, have at least 1 glass of warm water. Rule #2 - You should massage your nails, known as balayam. Rule #3 - Apply reactivate serum by liitllextra everyday. Rule #4 - On every weekend, get curd from a market and mix half a lemon in it, keep it overnight. In one of your old video for dandruff hair you have mentioned that not to mix Glycolic acid and Salicylic acid together on scalp when one of the questioned was put up in comments by someone but this THRIVE product shows both ingredient Glycolic & Salicylic acid are present in it... hi.. although i dont have an extensive hair care routine as yours but i use rosemary essential oil mixed with nigella seed oil on scalp it works like a charm and coconut oil on the lenghts.. i try to be regular with my pilgrim hair growth serum.. i have regrown my hair.. but every time i blowdry my hair i see a lot of hair on my brush because of heat and pulling.. i do use heat protectant and serum yet i feel so guilty of loosing my hair... please make a video on how much hairfall is normal in blow drying and a correct way ps. i have long dry frizzy wavy hair..

@swathibagadi8627 try using rosemary essential oil mixed with a carrier oil (depending on type of scalp be - kalonji, olive, almond oil in ratio 1:5) check your VitD, B12 and iron levels.. the pilgrim serum is good.. I have finished 2 bottles of it
