🔴NO EXCHANGE POLICY WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON [Defected piece/wrong dress]. We provide details, pictures and almost videos for everything so clear your satisfaction before booking.
➡ We check every parcel carefully, but if you find any defect please follow the below rules:
•Damage product claims acceptable within 7 working days.
• You need to ship us back the damaged part on our office address, we won't be responsible for the tv's charges
• After receiving the damaged part, Replaced item will be sent within 7 working days.
• In case, a wrong dress is dispatched our team is responsible to exchange dress and rectify your query/concern as soon as possible.
