Hey Nique, for info.. the method used in AAE is called the ‘Master Word Principle’ and was actually created by myself in the original AREA Booktest from back in 2008.

I am aware of that! 🤗 It’s been a minute since I watched the instructions for AAE, but am assuming it’s inclusion was cleared with you?

Hi Nique, as a collector and performer of book tests I really enjoyed your review. It was thorough, thoughtful, informative, candid, and enjoyable! Thank you so much for all you do! Your friend, David (PS: so great to have you back doing reviews! You have been missed! )

Hi Nique, Thank you for your great reviews. For me they are always helpful. It would be very cool if make a video and mention which book tests do you use for close up, and why you don't use the others. Personally I like "The end" and Glance 3.0 as the magazine book test. Also personally (unlike you :D) I am a fan of josh zandman book test series. again thank you for your reviews

Thanks for tuning in; appreciate the support. I mainly started wanting to do review videos, but perhaps in future, I can consider other types of related videos such as what you’ve suggested. 👍🏻

I enjoy your channel very much Nique. When you like a thing I tend to also and vice versa, which improves my ROI! Quick suggestion for All About Eve: after I've "divined" the known info, I tell the audience that I'd like for them to take a turn and I'll shut down/not try. Then the audience shouts out their guesses for the key bit of unknown info, as I check with the chosen spectator for accuracy. Once the primary spectator confirms, I ask all to stand who "divined" that piece of info. and congratulate them. (Perhaps I read this somewhere, or had it come to me in a dream, or so,ething else, but I like it.) Then I go on. So, no misses for moi ;-)

Thank you for tuning in and for the kind words. Yes, as I mentioned at 09:51, this kind of approach is also really popular where you involve other people to have a go at “guessing”. It certainly works well and I’ve used it as well on many occasions. 👍🏻

Hahaha no no it’s certainly not mine. I know the credit but it escapes me now. Am sure someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Great review.Thanks for posting. Around 8:24 you mention a Sherlock Holmes book test by Colin McLeod. Where can I find out more about that. A Google search produced nothing. Thanks, in advance.
@niquetan Жыл бұрын
Colin put it out sometime early 2021 on his site; I’ve just gone to look and it looks like the site has expired. You could try contacting Colin directly.

I love book tests but cant afford to buy them for the most part. Can anyone recommend an easy one for me to make and perform?
@SpeakerGregoryDwyer Жыл бұрын
Yea, just use any book at peek at the word at the top. Easy.

How about force a page with a coin in the book? I am not an expert at book tests just so you know.

Hi Nique! Injust wanted to know, which one do you prefer,AAE or The End?
@niquetan Жыл бұрын
The End. I’ve had some issues with AAE over time using it here in Singapore (because of language) and I had to just approach it like a regular MOAB.
@niets9270 Жыл бұрын
Actually I already have The End but because I'm an addict I'm thinking of getting AAE too 🤣Thanks Nique!
