• Potato - 700 grams
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
• Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
• Garam masala powder - ¼ teaspoon
• Cumin seeds - 1 Tablespoon
• Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon
• Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
• Green cardamom - 4 pc
• Ginger - 1 ½ inch size
• Green chillies - 3 to 4 pc
• For Tempering Oil (Green cardamom 4 pc, Cinnamon stick 2 inch sized, Bay Leaves 2 nos, Dry Red Chillies 2 nos.)
• Mustard Oil - ½ cup (125 ml)
• Salt to taste
• Ghee

খুবই ভালো লাগলো। আপনার আরো প্রায় পাঁচটা বা ছয়টা আলুর দমের রেসিপি আছে সব কটা ই খুবই ভালো। অবশ্য আপনার রান্নার ব্যাপারে এটা তো নতুন কিছু নয়, তাই মনে হয় এগুলো নতুন করে বলার কোনো অর্থ হয় না। আপনার সব রেসিপি ই খুব-ই ভালো, বিশেষ করে খুব সিম্পল ও সহজ করে বোঝানোর জন্য আরো ভালো লাগে। স্পেশালি আমাদের মত ব্যাচেলর দের। শুধু আপনার রান্না টা দেখতে দেখতে মার কথাই মনে পড়ছিল। অব্যশই ট্রাই করবো। ভালো থাকবেন। ** একটা রিকুয়েস্ট ছিল (আগেও বলেছি), যদি ঘি দিয়ে পিওর "কাচ্চি গোস্ত (মাংস) কি বিরিয়ানি" এর একটা ভিডিও পোস্ট করেন তো খুব ভালো হয়, মটন ও চিকেন দুটিরই। অনুরোধ বা রিকোয়েষ্ট করলাম বলে কিছু মনে করবেন না। পারলে একটু দেবেন। ভালো থাকবেন।
