Apke videos bohot ache hote hain. Mai apne bare mai kuch share karna chahti hu. Main bohot dino se financially independent hone ki koshish kar rahi hu magar koshisho ke baad bhi mere se govt exams crack nahi ho pa rahe. Maa parents ke sath rehti hu. Life mai bhagwan ne kafi mushkile di hai par sab kuch face kiya hai. Parents ke sath kuch din sab thik rehta hai par kuch din bad jhagda ho jata hai. Mai unpar dependent hu toh unhe mujhe bohot kuch kehna ka moka mil jata hai. Koshishi ka baad bhi mai stuck hu. Job nahi hai parents ke sath rehna padta hai. Mujhe zindagi maui zada kuch nahi chahiye par basic cheeze bhi puri nahu ho parahi. Mai ek sensitive insaan hu. Mujhe ye duniya shuru se hhi bohot kathor lagti hai. Mai kese peace dhundo. Kaise apni suffering ko khatam karu.

Guruji, me gov. Exam ki preparation kar raha tha but tantion ki wajah se chhod di preparation ab me kuch new skill sikh raha hu , lekin jab me skill sikh raha hota hu toh poore din mujhe gov. Exam ki preparation ki vichar kyu aate hain ?, mene b.ed kiya aur itna time padhne me lagaya iska baar baar guilt kyu hota h , jab me kuch naya skill sikh raha hota hu tab yeh vichar aate hain 🙏🏻

simple meditation se shuroo kero..jaise walking meditation.....jab cycle chalanaise a seekhte hain to shuroo mein upne aap ko force karte hain...dheere dheere jab seekh jate hain to maja aane lagta hai... aise hi meditation bhee hai
