It should be done immediately to improve the Trafficking System and law and order situation.Then Gradually Police or any other forces can be reformed /organized. Being a citizen of the country I feel the urgency due to unwanted threat /incident related to social security of all the Citizens of Bangladesh. This suggession is only for the betterment of the country.
