Es muy lindo lo que Nirinjan Kaur explica en el video y como muchas personas no saben inglés, acá les dejo la traducción. Así que la primera canción que quiero cantar esta tarde para abrir el espacio y abrir la experiencia de tu mente y la conciencia de tu mente es sa re sa sa y si quieres vamos a hacer una meditación con ella. Es hermoso, hermoso movimiento, hermoso mantra y el mantra se llama el Antar Naad. El Mantra Antar significa esencia o centro de, y significa la corriente de sonido sagrado primordial. Es ese sonido que oyes siempre que escuchas música sagrada, siempre que escuchas cualquier tipo de palabra sagrada. Las palabras sagradas son realmente esa parte de ellas que se apodera de tu corazón, de tu alma y te eleva. Es algo muy poderoso, para mi no hay diferencia entre la musica pop y la musica sacra. Y a veces la musica sagrada puede sonar un poco pop pero aun asi hay algo mucho mas grande que esta pasando y ese es el movimiento de cabeza y este mantra SA RE SA SA... Significa Dios, pero significa como Dios manifestado en la creatividad de la tierra y del yogui. Los antiguos yoguis solían practicar esta meditación, se la daban a sus estudiantes y les decían: "Bien, si quieres dominar el mantra, si quieres dominar el poder del mundo y el poder de recibir todo lo demás". El mudra es que vas a tener tus manos juntas (palma con palma) pero en el punto de tu ombligo y mientras cantas sade sasa lo harás. Os invito a sentaros con la columna recta, a cerrar los ojos, a inspirar profundamente, a exhalar y a llegar a un lugar, a vuestro centro, a un lugar sagrado, honrando este hermoso sonido y honrándoos los unos a los otros con vuestra voz. Gracias por participar en esto que hace una gran diferencia en la energía de todo el grupo, y todo el momento cuando todos ustedes están realmente concentrados y participando en el sonido.

Thank you for this. I'm going through a really hard time in my life right now. My mother passed away in November from a stroke. I was her primary caregiver for years (I would simply call myself "son".. but.. ). Did Christmas alone. New Years, alone. That was hard. Coming home to an empty house everyday is hard. Being alone (constantly) is hard. I feel my mind fragmenting. I hope and pray that her soul crossed over ok (at the end she was very confused). Hoping that she isn't stuck somewhere dark and terrible... Some times the only thing that keeps the darkness from overwhelming me is music/mantra/meditation like this. Thank you. You and people like you are an anchor to so MANY people during these hard times. And If you can find it in your heart to pray for me and my mother (Doris) so that we can make it through this difficult time.. I would be grateful.

O. Solaris: it’s been 10 months since you wrote your comment. Losing your mom was a huge change for you & it takes awhile to adjust. Someone said, “ The greater the love, the greater the loss.” Especially for you as a caregiver. (For me It’s 10 yrs now as a caregiver.) When a person with health problems leaves the body, the sick self is left behind. On the other side, which we call heaven, people are free from illness & take on a body from their past that they want to use in “heaven”.. After my 32 yo son died, he appeared ten years younger & disease free in my dreams. Everyone does this because they can. I’m sure your mom was a good person, (like mine), and left this world with lots of positive karma. I Believe she’s in a good place, filled with beauty, & is taken care of & with other souls who love her. Life always follows death. My son will be back when the time is right, as will every other person who’s body wears out, & it’s time to move on for a new experience. I chant the sacred word HU (it’s all over YT), for an awareness of what lies beyond this physical plane. If your heart is still broken, consider looking for a way to give to others, maybe volunteering someplace of interest to you. I wish you love. May the blessings be. 💙

They stay around and let their presence be known from time to time. I know this to be true .. but there is still a part of me that would rather not be alone and would rather have his parents back. I have to embrace that part of me and say in a kind voice "that time will come, we have to be patient". I found strength in Mantra (The Gayatri) and in the teachings of the physical manifestations of God (Jesus, The Buddha and Krishna) on this planet. I think I'm a stronger person now.. as I am sure you are as well. Again.. thank you for taking time out from your busy day to reach out in kindness to a perfect stranger.
