Great cover. This is the only good cover of the song I've seen so far. I love this bassline, and it's lines like these that made Krist my biggest bass influence, and a lot of Nirvana songs work because of the bass. You did a great job during the verses of playing the little 'fills' or motifs or whatever they're called. My favorite part is when it goes from D on the A string to G on the E string like three times during the verse, but I also love the little arpeggio D-C-D-F-D-C-B-A. I also noticed you heard that little note (I think it's a D) during the chorus. None of the other covers I've seen noticed that note and it makes the hook so catchy. I'm not sure if it's just Krist playing that or if Kurt does something too?

Thanks for the comment! As you say, I too think that many of Nirvana's songs are more appealing because of the bass! I had a lot of trouble finding the right sound for this song as well, and I am very happy to hear your comment!
