can u explain how can that revolform gust got twin drive?

Sequanna Grade 1 says “When your VG is placed, you may move this unit to soul to increase or decrease your Vanguard’s drive to 1.” Gust says “When this unit is placed via Revoldress, you can discard 1 to increase your drive check by 1.” Since they happen at the same time and player can choose the order, you do Sequanna first to change the drive to 1, then do Gust to add one more drive check. If you do Gust THEN Sequanna, you’ll only have 1 drive check because Sequanna doesn’t add, it changes it to 1.
