It’s not. Like most of Kurt’s guitar playing, it’s pretty easy. The first chord is just a slightly modified Em. e A 2 D 1 G 2 B E Would be the notes to form it. Then after that, just a power chord. 2 of the low e, then 4 on the a and d string.(forgot the name of it) then just bar your finger across the second fret from A onwards.
