@@geneellsworth8052 I have done some research since I did not get an answer on my questions. They are flying modified Autogyro Calidus. The Calidus was modified by a Czech company called Nirvana Gyromotion. That is why it has mirrors and indicators. It is also equiped with electric motors, so you can drive it for 20 km at a speed of 40 km/h. It seems to be road legal. Although I made a video lately on my KZbin channel of the first flying car, to my opinion this concept of Nirvana makes way more sense, because you will mainly fly with it and not drive.

The drive motors seem to be a type of electric bike motor. But getting the power from the motors to the wheels must be a very difficult trick. Almost anything can be done but weight is an extreme problem. In this case there must be a lithium battery (my guess). Again weight. Also the battery must be charged and it must be of very high quality. Anything else would pose a fire danger. I bet it can't back up. The road laws change from state to state in the USA. This is extremely interesting.

It looks like they have a license plate and mirrors and signals that make it a car therefore street legal. Also the triangle indicates a slow moving vehicle. So all aspects covered to drive on the street.
