Zakir Naik didn't mention one point. Nisaab for Gold and Silver are not equal in cash. And Gold and Silver value has dropped way below than previously was. So Gold and Silver used to be same value in cash at prophet times because there wasn't any particular reason given by Prophet to think they were not equal in cash. And because the Gold value has decreased that's why The Nisaab also decreased.

Muslims buy only .999 or 24k gold and silver if you do not have to pay tax on the silver like some countries, paper money loses value every year but gold does not - this is not get rich quick but to protect your wealth from interest and inflation

You mean your sister's son's daughter? In Qur'an 4.23 you can read Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. But if you have not gone in unto them, there is no sin upon you. And [also prohibited are] the wives of your sons who are from your [own] loins, and that you take [in marriage] two sisters simultaneously, except for what has already occurred. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. This makes it clear that no one in direct to your blood-line is allowed to be married with each other. The actual confirmation of marrying your sister's son's daughter does not say. But your sister's son's daughter is your blood relative so it is FORBIDDEN to marry here according to Qur'an.

You can't compare gold and silver as worth point more then ONCE, if gold and silver are not Use as Money to buy Something. Back then gold and silver used for buying things. Today it only serve as decoration and the paper and metal coins are New "gold and silver", so IF you Use gold and silver as a mere of buy and selling only then more then once, but if you have necklace of gold ONLY ONCE and never again.
