From Mumbai to Uruli Kanchan by Udyan Express.
To reach Pune from South India is by Banglore - Mumbai Udyan Express or by Chennai - Mumbai Mail, Kanyakumari - Mumbai Express and Tiruvanantapuram - Mumbai Express.
