Nisei Bujutsu Free Style Self Defense

Nisei Bujutsu is a tactical martial art Ju-Jutsu system that uses ancient, classical and modern training strategies to enhance skills required for self-protection in modern environment. You will learn pre-emptive strikes, how to evaluate threats, different ranges of attack, primary targets on your attacker and how to use the natural tools on your body for offence and defensive tactics. This system teaches: vital striking, strangulation, joint locking, throwing, pressure points and submission techniques.
We use a direct approach to teaching self defense
We grade our student’s base on how well they can defend themselves against singular and multiple opponents
We teach Jujutsu Katas to teach posture, leverage, tactical movement and situational attacks
Our classes utilize ancient samurai etiquette to teach honor, discipline, & respect
