I have to be honest, Ive watched a fair few episodes now and I cant stop laughing from all the humour, it is just so entertaining to watch and listen to everyones stories, easily to relax to and enjoy the banter along the way! Id love to see a podcast with sarah millican, that would be an epic video 😀

Someone should tell Nick that his idea for giant gnocchi is actually a thing! Gnocchi alla Romana . . . a giant gnocco sliced into thick discs and baked . . .

11:20, dude described what we call a potato cake. Potato mixed with egg, flour, and you can add a bit of cheese for extra flavor. A ball or round disk is fried in a skillet. Typically made with left our creamed potatoes. People from the southern US have it with breakfast. And it has a sauce too, country gravy.

Nish Kumar is Hindu. Many are vegetarian. Some do eat meat but not beef. . Alcohol is not explicitly forbidden though many do abstain. There is no one unifying viewpoint on dietary restrictions in Hinduism.

Everything can be a dumpling if you look at it the right way. It's just a parcel of something, roundabout the size of two mouthfuls. So, really, ravioli is a dumpling too; but I just polished off a pack of mini potato samosas and they were certainly dumpling sized, so I can see how he got there.

No offense to Angela but in Italy we say that if you need egg in your gnocchi dough you don’t know how to make it. No cheese and no eggs involved, potatoes and flour and that’s it. 🤷🏻♀️
