धनिया - Coriander seeds - 2 tsp, crushed
सौंफ - Fennel seeds - 1 tsp, crushed
जीरा - Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
नमक - Salt - 1/2 tsp
हींग - Asafoetida - 1 pinch
हरी मिर्च - Green chilli - 2 no
अदरक - Ginger - 1 inch
तेल - Oil - 1 tbsp
बेसन - Gram flour - 2 tbsp
