Today I prepared matar pula as explained in the video in pressure cooker. Used Olive oil. Very simple recipe to prepare. Process of actual preparation took 45 mins. With one whistle, the cooked long grains look like varmacelli. In the serving bowl, pulav look exactly as shown in the video, with light golden fried cashews. With fresh matar availble in the season this item can be prepared any time for lunch or dinner. Thank you ma'am for sharing this yummy recipe.👌👌👌
