Hi sir Kasibhatla, I learned so so much in your inspirational speech especially the focusing more in output than input. You really need to focus and delete the triggers like delete notifications, games, etc. Or fix your environment first like open a cool whitish blue lights in your room which makes you more awake because blue color makes you awake and yellow makes you sleep. We should be really aware not just in our environment or direction but also in the learning process if we really understand it effwctively. I believe that anyone can achieve this thinking and maybe even learn programming within just a month, people, including us, just need to discipline our mind and be aware of our human nature and rationality. For example, if you can't discipline yourself like listening to music then delete the trigger (delete the spotify). Other people study and work hard like 10 hours a day but back in their head they are just fooling themselves that they actually learn something because they didn't effectively learned that specific thing. We really need to have awareness, direction, effectiveness, and discipline

Thanks so much for your comment! I am really glad that my ideas resonated with you. And totally agree with your points about triggers and environment. These elements play an important role during Input (and it turn also affect the Output). I have a few playlists on Memory, Focus and other topics where you can learn more about these topics. Here's the link: kzbin.infoplaylists If you like a video, please share it with your friends/groups. Thank you!
