Please don’t take a lot of steam, my sister is a doctor. You should take steam just twice not more than that as steam will make your cells more weak. Have lots of coconut water, have eggs.

@@longkumer_9629 I got fever and after a few days I recovered from it , I only had cough but still tested positive , I am only having fruits , soup , salad , moong dal for food and taking steam 4-5 times a day and have kadha even ! If you even have cough get yourself tested because I didn't have many symptoms still tested positive
