Hello! I have a 2019 Nissan Leaf - I only get Battery & Driving History, none of the other features. Is this because it is an older car? I don't have the lock/unlock/three dots. I pay for the remote services (just created it today and it hasn't appeared in my app yet) but I don't pay for the Maps/Live Traffic function. I am also confused by the driving history - does it take into account all the ways I have the charged car? ie: Sometimes on the road with Pod Point/GridServe but mostly at home (via three pin, we've not yet installed a home charger). The cost-per-KWh is of course different for each so I wouldnt have an accurate cost reading? Many thanks for your thoughts!

Hello. Some features can differ based on the year of the car and model so what I get may not be available to you and vice versa. There are details somewhere on their website about their app and what you can expect to get from it based on the car you have. You could always ask your local dealer however, sometimes we know more than them. Regarding cost etc. I would not know how that works as I don’t have an electric vehicle, maybe look at your data for different journeys and ways of charging and see if you work out charges that way.

Only seems to work on vehicles 2019 onwards

Got the app working but im only getting the monitoring option, none of the others are available, any idea what could be causing this

is it a J12 vehicle you have? and have you accepted all the privacy settings that may have been asked in the app and in the car also?

@CarGuyUK it's a brand new 2023 qashqai. Yeh I accepted everything that was needed.

I probably would remove the car from the app or delete the app and then re-download and re add the car from scratch to see if that solves the issue, maybe there was a glitch when setting up? not sure why else it would not work@@ashhunt32

When I try it’s saying vin is wrong, checked its correct but not working

I would contact the dealer in that case. Have you tried to delete the vehicle and try again from scratch?

first owner still has it in his account, can't use the app :(

Have you asked the dealer for advice to see if they can help. They must come across the scenario lots of times

@@CarGuyUK first of all is that the app is not available for my country in the AppStore, and second I don’t know what’s the really reason, maybe concessionaire’s thing.

Have you tried asking your local Nissan dealer to ask why or if there is anything similar you can use? Worth asking maybe?

My car does not have that feature or it would show. Yours will be somewhere in the app if that feature is either available on your car or in your region
