Just curious on Nissan oil filter location, may buy a Kicks. Good on ya for changing your own oil!

Be sure to put oil in the filter before installing. This will lessen the time it takes the oil pump to fill the filter. Also, the air in the filter gets pushed into the bearings and passages.

Wind! WIND! Happens every time I change oil without fail. Anyway thanks for this video. Only reason I'm here watching is I'm thinking of buying one of these and wanted to know if the filter was jammed away somewhere annoying to reach. This one will be a breeze so that's great.

Use your belt to wrap on the filter and pull it loose. Also am I the only one that prepours oil in the new filter?

Just use the jack when you change tire and jack it from the passenger side. Jack it high enough to get underneath. But u can do thr oil change without jacking it up depending on your size
