at some point you have to ask yourself and be honest about its an old truck with alot of rust and no matter how much you sink into it is the frame and body still solid enough for you to survie a wreck or for the frame not to break in half going down the raod at highway speed with a load of scrap in the bed

Well it's exempt from inspection and it's paid off and the air conditioner still works so we're rocking it till it breaks in half if it kills me in the meantime it is what it is

If you ever hit a similar issue to that bolt you drilled, excuse the pun, bang the side of the stuck part REAL hard with a big hammer. The shockwaves loosen stuff gud. It'll tap out quiet as a mouse then,. Plus heat - heat's gud too. But mainly hit it real hard sideways. Today I took the stuck-solid injector out of a Mercedes Vito - google it, people struggle - in about 5 minutes without troubling a puller or any fancy tools, drilled & tapped the broken off injector hold-down bolthole in-situ (it's supposedly a head-off job..) & I used Lidl tools to do it. Here's Scrap Farm too. :-)

I have a shiny nice Nissan proportioning valve out in the hoard - not a spec of rust on it. It's like a hens tooth. Spray that chassis down with ATF - it's the life of them. Stops the rot in its tracks.

Well technically the reason it breaks loose when you hit it sideways because you're actually deforming the part not that it's ever really been an issue but it's kind of what's Happening
