Wow!!! Patrol Y60 in original!!! I too have Patrol Y60 but with RD-28. IT IS ALSO COMPLETELY IN THE ORIGINAL DESIGN AND IN PERFECT ALMOST CONVEYOR CONDITION. Good luck in the operation of this wonderful car!

No you don't need to change the oil pump or piston. Diesel pump upgrade is recommended but low boost is fine on standard pump short term.
