Nissan Skyline - HUGE FLAMES + Police let him off!

Kampala Kustomz modified Nissan Skyline R33
This was quite a spectacle to behold! Whilst standing on Sloane Street, this R33 Nissan Skyline, with drove down and stopped by a few of us and started shooting flames. I would never have expected the flames to get as large as they did! Obviously, it's a very dangerous and silly thing to do on public roads.
I don't want to get in to why the police let him go - something about them not being able to do anything or charge him for anything - as I'm not clued-up enough to make claims.

lets set a record straight here.. This car used to belong to my mate who spent thousands making and building this monster. When it left his possession it was running 620bhp and no expense was ever spared... The engine in this car was built from scratch by RB Motorsport who are undoubtedly the UKs No1 GTR Specialist, credit for this car has nothing to do with "Kampala Kustom modified" or whatever they are called. The only thing they have done is add a totally gay Nismo sun strip and a flames kit ( which is illegal for road use )Clearly the new owner knows nothing about RB26 engines as if he did he would know about Cam walk and know bouncing your revs like this WILL cause serious damage TIT....

He's doing this because it's become part of the accepted culture - thanks to people like shmee150 who follow them around on bikes or on foot in pre ordained area/street route, where they photograph and film the cars. It's like celebrities walking the red carpet. They could just go into the building, to their destination, but instead they linger and slowly make their way while the photographers take pictures. In short, it's pathetic people with ego issues and a narcissistic society that enables them.
