It was a prelude. It's a short that comes after the original movie and before too fast two furious this is the color it is before he paints it silver.

​@@jtekchannel1262 Brian actually does indeed drive this car in this color for like 45 seconds in the "The Turbo Charged Prelude for 2 Fast 2 Furious" short film just before the 2 Fast 2 Furious movie. The plot of the short prelude film was Brian O'Conner packs his bags and leaves Los Angeles, before the LAPD gets a chance to arrest him for letting Dominic Toretto escape. As the FBI launch a national manhunt, Brian travels across Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas in a 1991 Dodge Stealth, winning street races along the way for money. Brian is forced to abandon the car at a motel in San Antonio when police officers are notified of his presence. When they collect the car, he manages to hitch a ride from an unknown woman. She drops him off at a used car lot, with him realizing she knows that he is a wanted man. There, Brian buys a teal Nissan Skyline GT-R R34. (This diecast model and car.) Later, collecting money from street races, he modifies (paints it silver and blue) the car before traveling eastbound and winning more races. Brian continues across country until he reaches Miami, where he sees a modified Toyota Supra and Mazda RX-7. What in the world is this. Sucks its all generic black plastic. the atleast its not doms ice charger boring. by far the worst 1/24 car in model detail 100% black plastic
