Bro besdies evaporator What else can clog my Vents ? Mine looks perfectly clean have no Resistor Issues no Blower Motor issues still on many dash vents i have weak airflow especially if i place the AC on position on Upper Part Arrow and Lower part arrow together neither it blows air trought upper vents neither trought bottom .. Clueless what can cause this ..

You gonna have to check the blower might be week blowing and A/C gas some leaking on evaporator connection on it
