Hi thank you for posting this video. I thought I would give an account of my experience that is a little more current (July 2019) I made two separate orders of June 3,2019. I am a patient guy and understand things take time.After 30 days and not receiving my order I contacted PayPal and asked for a refund. On July 6th I received a conformation from USPS that my order was on the way .I received it on July 9th,2019. My thoughts . If you are not able to deliver a product in a reasonable amount of time just let your customers know in advance that orders could possibly take 30 days or so. Most would understand and realize that these paints are probably a custom mix and not sitting on a shelf someplace. My feeling is that if I never contacted PayPal I probably would not have received my order. That’s no way to do business. I was happy I received my paint and the free bottle of Ford Calypso paint that was included. With this type of business you are probably going to get repeat customers because after all it is a pretty small community. Would I order from them again?Probably not unless I hear of some drastic change in the owners attitude to how businesses is handled . I am not complaining to the poster of this video. I’m just trying to communicate with my fellow modelers out there because there aren’t too many ways to get the word out. Another sure indication that you’re dealing with a company that you have to think twice about is no Facebook interface in this day and age. Why because people can leave negative comments on there and it’s the first place we usually go these days that set the warning bells off to me from the beginning. I am looking forward to shooting my paint and hopefully get some good results like everybody else seems to have had. Thanks again for posting this video!

To be honest this post was about the final nail in the coffin for me. I was looking to order from USA but will probably order from the EU. I found even with the exchange rate and higher shipping the cost is cheaper and they had some additional colors that I needed so it's kinda a win win.

Also we follow up all PayPal claims and request and deliver the orders rigth away.

Mate is a great guy and has been nothing but great with me as a customer. We even talked about bumping into each other over seas in Croatia where both of our wives are from. Seems like he has more business then he can handle and a few people not giving him a second chance just means faster customer service for me going forward.

Mate can solve the issue easily. List whats in stock, out of stock or back ordered on the site. Taking money and not delivering products in a timely manner coupled with no communication equals failed business period.

I gave up on Gravity Colors a long time ago. I love their paint but the wait is not worth it period. So I started to use Model Car World paints which is produced locally to where I live so I can get the paint on the same day. I have ordered paints from Scale Finishes a month ago but have not yet received it. I think it would be better to use Model Masters paint and mix the paints yourself to match factory paint!

I like Mate as well, It's just times like this when I can't communicate with him or his company that make me wonder if he is still in business. I never have any problems when I do my business through the main office in Spain. I talked to the owner in Spain and they told me that they had merely hired Mate to beef up their website and that he has no rights to the Gravity name. I don't know what to think now, but all of this puts things in perspective. At least I know that I can pull up Gravity's website in Spain and I will receive my order in a week to 10 days. And then there are Zero paints, they're pretty close to Gravity in quality at least some people think so. I hope that this might help someone out there, who are struggling over all of this like I am. I email gravity in Spain and answer within an hour, I order paint from them and got in less than a week

I haven’t ordered any that paint is it ready to spray and don’t laugh at me but is it acrylic and all the talk doesn’t bother me I just haven’t tried it people talk about how good it is let me know if you read this thank you and like you say people should just move forward can’t change the past

I order from Gravity about 6 weeks ago, its still "processing". Like others have said its the complete lack of communication. I ordered paint from this "other guy" you're talking about and I had it in DAYS and it came with extras as well. I get the issue with overwhelming orders and the past is the past ect. but Gravity doesn't appear to be making any changes for the better. I'd love to support the guy, but the horrendous customer service really makes me rethink another order. Currently Splash-paints is my go-to paint supplier. Whether or not Splash has a different supplier or not doesn't really matter. He gets his product out FAST, theres no weeks of processing.

I think it is not the delay in product availability.... it's his lack of communication. Like no communication... no response to my questions and others have mentioned this as well in regards to order status, etc. I really want to order from him, but he doesn't get back to any of my questions. It's weird.

I never received my crap after 4 months of haggling.. A new company has popped up on forums called Splash Paints and I ordered a bottle to try and got them in 4 days with First class shipping...

I'll give the guy a chance.. I ordered in December.. nothing no emails back. Then couple weeks ago.. I texted the number and Anita. The new girl. Looked for my order. Seen it. But. Yeah BUT🤯🤯🤯🤯. NOW im supposed to have it tomorrow... I understand shit happens... but DAMB. Ill give the guy another chance if/when I get my order ..

Thank you for the update on gravity colour. I myself as a modeller always plan ahead. Mates a great guy and takes time to talk with all modellers and shares his expert knowledge on paint and colours designed to colour match the project. Thanks for posting and sharing. Mate, Just seems to disappear, he will not answer my text, and I can't get ahold of him. That's the problem, no communication. Any company can run into problems, but the answer is not to run and hide! I'm doing what a lot of guys are doing. I'm getting my paint from the main company in Spain. The postage is a little more, but I've had no problems with them.

I like mate he is a great guy but the communications still terrible I really want to order more from him but..... today is 9/24/18 and still can’t get any answers from him It’s a shame he is a great guy with a great product

Thanks for the update, I was not aware that Gravity started excepting new orders. Very cool, I have been waiting to place a new order. I believe that his products are top notch and speak for themselves. unfortunately he has to rely on others in-order to build his business which opens the door for all shorts of unforeseen issues. I'm with you and will continue to do business with Gravity. It's unfortunate that those who complain the loudest don't hold themselves to the same standards they hold others. Just saying!!!

4-5 months is not normal for any business.. Same thing with scale finishes. Reads messages on Instagram, Facebook but doesn't respond.
