Why don't you disclose the lumen output for different flash mode in any of your rear lights?
@-JohnSmith- Жыл бұрын
If you know about these lights lumen output is only one factor, you can't compare the perceived brightness or the angle of the beam, there's another light rated at 500 lumens but it strobes so fast your eye doesn't perceive it as brighter even though the lumens are 2x as bright.

Nice light, when are to compatible lights and accessories for the 2500 nitelink comming out? Love the headlight but would like to use the nitelink accessories and tail light that go with it.

Hi, Thanks for the comment. We're currently fulfilling orders to our local independent bike dealers and distributors for the Lumina Max 2500. At this time, we'd suggest checking in with your local IBD. Thank you for your support!

I love my 300 and the disco mode..!! I use it along with a Saber 40 (if I remember the name correctly).. One question though: I enquired about replacement batteries for the Lumina series of lights and they are available, BUT I was informed that the light would have to be sent in to be replaced because the battery is soldered in place. It didn't make sense for me to do that since I live in Canada, considering the shipping costs/battery/currency exchange.. Are there businesses in Canada (specifically western Canada) that can perform the battery replacement..? Or would I have to go to a custom battery store..?

Is it really day time visible? Any idea which among the niterider tail lights have best day time visibility?
@TubeDeviant3 жыл бұрын
@@YUTfan2 I would say it's daytime visible. It's rated at 300 lumens. That's pretty bright. Although I mostly ride at night. You should try to check it out in person if possible. I also pair it with another Niterider tail light to combine disco mode with a fast strobe..

I thought the law is that rear lights should be red. Practically, I thought the issue is that you don't want to shine a bright white light into the driver behind you. This light seems to have more white light than red light.

While the housing in the middle of the light is clear plastic, the LEDs inside only emit red light. Hope that clarifies things!

The max strobe only last for 1 hour then it's not as bright as "fast strobe" fast strobe was just as bright when I stopped testing at 2 hours, even at that point the fast strobe was still brighter than the Solas 250 on it's brightest mode but the Solas 250 strobe interval is much slower the 330 is fast enough to get the attention of cars tailgating the car in front of them because they don't see you until the last second so the strobe needs to be fast. Max strobe is definitely too bright to be used at night, fast strobe is perfect for night riding.

IP64? Ffs. You've been around since 1989 and you're still making indoor bicycle lights?? Bicycle lights are safety equipment. Start treating them like it.
