The fact this was Mix's first kiss (not just in a TV series or movie but in real life) and it was with his best friend of 8-9 years makes it even more awesome xDD. In Fish Upon the Sky, Phuwin (the actor who plays Pi) had his first kiss ever with Pond (the actor who plays Mork). I think Pond also said it was his first kiss too but not sure if he meant just in a TV series/movie or in real life. It's definitely his first kiss in a TV series/movie. But it might have been in real life too.

The fact that this is the first BL that hasn't had any homophobia in it. Everyone in the village and all of their friends don't care. Even Tian's parents or atleast his dad gets it. Perfect show!

Is it really? I never thought about that. I was so focused on the story, bar Tian and Tul's talk, I hadn't realised no one reacting negatively to Tian and Phupha's relationship. About time.

I love the fact that Phupha wrote to Tian the meaning of Torfun's wish, Tian had mentioned in both episode 8 and 9 that he never knew about Torfun's wish and he hadn't read anything about it, but the truth is that she already wrote it in one of the first few pages that Tian read about her being in Pha Pun Dao cliff, and Tian read that page however he couldn't able to read something she wrote on that page which was her wish, it's cause she wrote it in the northern dialect, which is what the language that they use in the village, just like how Tian couldn't able to read Khama's sign when he first met him at episode 2 til Khama translated to him what it was written, because it was written in the northern language, something that Tian isn't familiar with, so Phupha translated to him the meaning of Torfun's wish and that he has already made her wish come true the moment Tian met Phupha and fell in love with him.

I will say a lot of the events of this last episode happened differently in the novel. The novel was still a happy ending with Tian going back to the village after finishing his studies, but I like how everything went in this episode way better than in the novel. The director overall did a great job adapting it into a 10 episode series and especially with this last episode.

I loved how Tian wrote a "coda" in Torfun's diary, then gave the diary to Phupha, who read what Tian wrote and who then wrote his own response and gave the diary back to Tian. Tian read Phupha's message--confirming that he has indeed found someone whom he can love wholeheartedly--on the bus ride home.😭 There were so many things to love about this show: ✨The story itself, beautifully adapted from the novel ✨The cinematography and location ✨The direction, which to me came over as thoughtful and intelligent ✨The performances, especially Mix's performance, which gave me all the feels and is why Mix is my runner-up for MVP of the series So much more... Just my opinion, the Most Valuable Player award (though it's hard to single out just one thing) goes to the Music Director/Composer. There is a lot of music in this series. A lot. Just count the individual pieces, seriously. And all of it worked. An otherwise simple moment of Tian alone in the family kitchen, preparing to move on with his life, clinking his coffee mug against the one across the table--the one that his beloved Chief will never be there to drink from--becomes an important and poignant milestone thanks to the musical accompaniment. The music also sometimes "filled in" for some touching/kissing/sweet-talking that couldn't be shown (for whatever reason). And the main theme--I prefer the cover sung by the actress who played Torfun (Aye Sarunchana)--is just perfect.

She's the youngest kid but is taller than her older brother so we could forget about it ... All the kids have very defined character design and I love they paid attention to the details in the acting.. in that scene Meejoo keeps smiling like she doesn't really realize that Tian will not come back or maybe she has a different way of handling the events (she still hugs Tian the longer, it's like she is comforting him)... so saying there with a big smile (9:58 still smiling 😅) that she wants to become a teacher makes sense when the other kids are just crying.... especially poor Khaoneung he's crying so hard😅 those kids are really good!! I feel that Tian's dad was kinda like that for Phupha (for him to respect him so much and that's mutual: Tian's father thinks highly of Phupha especially bc he didn't hold on Tian's future opportunities and let him go first) but for what we saw he couldn't really be that for his own son, probably bc he is also his wife's husband and has to take her wishes and well-being into consideration... but I think if it wasn't for his wife he would have let Tian do what he wanted sooner... I don't think that's bad he had to follow his mother's wish as she still let him study what he wanted.. SO GOOD!!!! And Mix too!... adding the cheek touching as long as possible after the hug showing he doesn't want to part physically 💖 44:10 now that he's sure of Phu's love the cheeky smile returns

This series is just a masterpiece, it was the most long waited, most anticipated and talked about series almost two years ago, and now that we got it aired and it's over, it just feels unreal, this series was really worth waiting, I'm just so happy and glad to see it got the hype, support and love from everywhere as it should, everyone from the cast and crew, the whole production team have worked so damn hard to deliver us this series and to make it as perfect as they can, they went through alot of obstacles, such as the locations, traveling between areas, the weather and climate changes, and also on top of that, they were filming everything during the whole pandemic so it wasn't easy, everyone really delivered everything so perfectly well and done, I'm just so happy and proud of them for it, and I'm glad you have really enjoyed and loved this series as much as we did, we really enjoyed your reactions as well so thank you💓

I just love how after everything phupha and tian went through and them finally getting their happy ending, I'm just glad to see them still be playful and flirty as always, but this time as a couple of course, it's a nice ending for us to see so it can let us be rest assured that the characters are now happy together and they are back to being extra sweet and playful together😌

I'm really glad that this series gave us another amazing couple Earth and Mix, their chemistry made everything really perfect, I can't imagine anyone other than them that can play their role and deliver the storyline, this series was like truly made for them, for Earthmix, the series was like a blessing for them, it gave Earth an opportunity to prove himself once more of how much an amazing actor he is and how he has been waiting to finally play a role that is well suited for him, both physically and also personally, as for Mix, he did this series because of Earth, and in return he had to prove himself as well as an actor, and boy did he really nailed it, he already showed so many emotions in this series, it's just so amazing to see, and this also gave an opportunity for Earth to have a partner he can now work with for a longtime which is Mix, it's crazy how his partner ended up being his best friend and it's the same for Mix, I'm glad they got to have each other now to support one another in this way as well.

Random comment here, Tian's parents behavior about controlling him and bending him to their will and the children's acceptance that this is how life is and they have no choice in the matter, that is typical of an Asian family. Most traditional Asian families are like this and it's just accepted as a way of life that you can't get away from. Of course, nowadays times are changing and more parents are changing and being more accepting of what their children want to do, but there are still a lot of traditional Asian parents that still expect this, especially if you live in Asia.
