very true what he said about kerala, im a keralite, and it is harder to build roads in kerala, coz buildings are really close to the highways, and because of that you have to buy businesses and demolish those buildings to build new roads, you would be astonished to hear that there was a small old auditorium in my place, which was in a prime location, and the business got 19CR rupees, just coz it was in a prime location. Very detailed questions...rather than getting only overview you asked questions deep enough and also didn't feared to ask things you/we didn't understood....that along with precise questions helped to remove doubts we have in our minds regarding ev, energy, water etc.... that BOT explanation , lithium reserves...that MSP questions were to the point and highlighted the main problems we needed answers ....and as expected gadkari sir gave excellent answers to the question you asked
