Sir ji, thanks for trying, its not your ministry issue, its thr education issue. Simplest way is call all schools kids parents to school and educate them . Simple reason for accidents on Highway is, in city they have active bracking and slow driving (below 30kmph) .. but in highway people lose alertness after 20mins of standard highspeed and lose breaking judgement. Educate thei media, news and in schools and colleges.
