The Metropolitan Police we're poorly trained and selected for this operation, had been sloppy in their prior surveillance and investigation and were wound up tighter than a watch-spring after 7/7. Jean-Charles died a terrifying and brutal death and was innocent. Don't sully his memory with misinformation.
