Qué recuerdos me trae esa ciudad.

@2threemiles I know this is real late: D maj-A maj-Bmin-G maj. Dunno if that helps but it is the main progression. Nitin prob uses them in bar chords

What is "Brazilian name all over TV" about?
@loveleenjuicyqueen10 жыл бұрын
Igor Dalmy Shortly after the London tube bombings an undercover unit of special police force followed a random Brazilian guy, Jean Charles de Menezes, into the underground and decided he was a suspect because he was carrying a backpack, they shot him 8 times, seven in the head

he jumped the barrier and he was running away because his visa was up, the police did shout stop!!!

@@stevenshaddock9904 No, he didn't and no it wasn't. See: www.theguardian.com/uk/2008/dec/12/de-menezes-police-shooting Furthermore, even if it was, does it merit a death sentence? The Metropolitan Police we're poorly trained and selected for this operation, had been sloppy in their prior surveillance and investigation and were wound up tighter than a watch-spring after 7/7. It may not have been murder but it was piss-poor policing of the highest order - described as "catastrophic" by the IPCC - see: policeauthority.org/metropolitan/downloads/scrutinites/stockwell/ipcc-two.pdf P87 onwards describe the institutional racism, mis-information and outright lies that followed the tragic loss of life. In 2005, the amount of money and training that had been pumped into the Met by the incumbent Labour government only went to highlight how badly this had gone wrong. Under the current Conservative administration one could argue that weak funding and short-staffing could explain the litany of weak leadership and low-quality officers involved, but not then. The general consensus if that of so many other events which lead to tragedy - the police were responding less to a terrorist threat and more to an ill-informed publics' fear, whipped up by a poorly regulated and irresponsible media, playing on the age-old British problem of in-bred racism. Jean-Charles died a terrifying and brutal death and was innocent. Don't sully his memory with misinformation.
