Nitinji, I greatly appreciate your educational videos...I have one question on understanding of Options, please enlighten : If Today on 4th Jan, Nifty is at 10775..I now buy 10700 CE.. 1) On expiry day 31st Jan, Nifty moves to 10800 2) On expiry day 31st Jan, Nifty moves to 10750 In both the cases, Nifty moved above 10700...I understand, I gain a profit in case of 1). What is the result in case of 2), considering I had purchased when Nifty was at 10775 and on 31st Jan in case 2) it is 10750. ? Also in case of 2), if I just hold it and do not square off on expiry day ..will it automatically be squared off and if yes, when? Your reply will be a big help in clearing this major doubt..
