MPS doesnt have thesis option .. MS students are considered anytime over Mps for Phd .. MPs department doesnt have funding for research … Ms is program has lot of funding for Research. @bhuvan

@@krek6567 No no it does bro .. Your end result is to get a job , mine was to do research . Mps DS in umbc is really good course but i am a research oriented person . If you want to go for phd do ms , if you feel job is what want go for mps ..
