You have done A VERY COMMENDABLE JOB of cleaning this Cooler, 5 stars. In view of the hassles of opening and cleaning such coolers( all non metallic coolers) I feel it would be far more practical if a traditional type of Cooler is bought WHICH CAN BE DESIGNED AS PER THE CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS (you have seen the features this particular Model has, which are excellent. Water drainage Nuts are usually found in traditional coolers).However, certain precautions have to be taken when buying a "made to order" METALLIC COOLER(stay clear from all local plastic based coolers as they aren't built to last AND cannot withstand standing water pressure ): Check the guage of the GI sheet You can either purchase both the Pump and Fan yourself as per technical specifications of the Assembler- I dont know whether stand-alone IP rating BLDC fans and pumps are available as they draw far less current than regular industrial heavy duty fans and pumps. The wiring should be colour coded 2 mm securely insulated. All switches and knobs must be branded ampere rated. Affix the regular water float ( make DPR) used for small tanks as spares are easily available. And finally THE ENTIRE BODY, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MUST BE COATED WITH A WATER PROOF REPELLANT AND I RECOMMEND ELEPHANT SHIELD LIQUID RUBBER( being widely used at construction sites. Please read its applications/usages, coverage etc. before purchasing to satisfy yourself. Other specifications like water tank capacity, height of Cooler, heavy duty castors with locking (check Flyrail company) for iron frame, if it is to be raised beyond a certain height, type of easily available replaceable cooler pads. The internal motor placements of the Cooler should be so designed to allow for reachable cleaning. I also strongly recommend fitting an ELCB BEFORE the 16 amp socket to prevent electrical leakages. These are a few points to bear in mind should one consider having an assembled water cooler.

A few tips to those who are doing it for the first time: 1)In order to clean tank, put warm/hot water in it from your geyser or any other source, put some Surf washing powder or Harpic, let it remain like that for 30 mins, then remove bottom drain rubber plug of the cooler and use a jet spray (health faucet) to spray all over the tank to remove dust and salt residue. Drive all the dust/salt towards the drain plug to make the tank super clean. If there is still some water left, tilt the cooler to one side to remove it. Make sure you never spray direct water on fan's motor though. Cover it with polythene first if you can 2) Be sure to open the pump and clean its rotating fan. It is easy to do with a flat head screwdriver 3) Use a flat head screwdrive to pry open or close the back panel of cooler with ease. A little force will make the job so easy. All cooler mechanics work like that
