OLA S1X Review - Most Affordable Premium Electric Scooter?

i purchased my ola S1X I got the bike delivered last Saturday ie. 20-7-2024 but when i received the bike on the spot i found it defective and it is not starting at all but the delivery guy told me that its a minor issue and some one from the company will come and rectify the same. But no one turned up and in spite of many mails and complaints on app and toll free nothing happened and today some lady the call centre employee is insisting me to take the bike to the service centre to get it rectified and the service centre is 150 km away from me and also insisted to pay me for the repair. I insist every one who wish to buy ola dont get cheated by this company i am a victim and I do not want you to become one

Too many goods but the worst part of OLA scooter is as soon as it auto-offs the trip meter comes back to zero, even if you are on travel and you stop for tea the trip meter will get to zero, it is a very irritating factor. it should be manual reset like in cars and other vehicles.

This is the worst scooter ever. Inki service itni bekar hain . Mujhe gaadi liye hue 5 Maine hue h jisme se 3 mahine ye service centre pe rhi h . Kbhi motor problem ,kbhi battery problem, kbhi software problem. Jb bhi inko call kro ya service centre jaao inka ek hi reply rehta h 10/15 din lagenge jaise ki rata hua ho inka . I advice everyone koi bhi gaadi lo lekin ola bhul se bhi Mt Lena. Gaadi lene ke baad jitne time aapke paas rhegi usse jyda time to ye service centre pe rehegi .
