@anjaplazoniccoulson1086Ай бұрын
Just use your common sense re fluoride.
@igorpotocnik7231Ай бұрын
Dr. Ellie specifically said not to use anything that kills bacteria including mouthwashes, essential oils, baking soda, borax... She advises to take only xylitol to feed "good" bacteria and kill "bad" bacteria. However she also promotes her teeth regeneration protocol, which in fact uses fluoride toothpaste and because of that I simply ignore her protocol and just stick with xylitol powder which I use as a toothpaste/mouthwash and as a supplement.

You are what you eat. Your diet impacts your health. Lower stress, reduce obesity, get enough sleep and more exercise are key to a healthy life. Obesity in children and adults is rising across the world. Fast food and sugary drinks including fruit juices are contributing to the problem of poor health and obesity. Eat a healthy plant based diet and exercise regularly. Reduce or ELIMINATE cows milk, eggs, cheese and meat. Eat more salad greens, beans, fruit and vegetables. Eliminate fast food, snacks like cookies, cakes, chips, and sugary drinks and juices. Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly. Regular exercise will help you sleep better. Yoga is a great stress reducer. Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch. Get off the phone, ipad or video game. A variety of stretching and other exercises help with increased mobility. Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun. Every city should be a bicycle city. Speak up for bicycles in your community

PPI’s killed my mom over a 10 year period I tried several times to get her off of these and she would try it for a couple weeks and then immediately go back on them I wish that I had tried harder. She had all of the side effects from these drugs over the years. Kidney disease, brittle bones throwing up pneumonia twice a year etc….. I took her to her gastroenterologist to go over all of the side effects, and he completely ignored me and told her there was no reason she needed to go off of those so of course she listen to the doctor. She is old school and doctors are the end all be all. I wish someone would come up with a intensive protocol to get off of PPI’s if you have been on them for multiple years Weaning off was not enough for her. She immediately had severe acid reflux and pain trying to get off of them and she just would not go through it. 😢😢😢 I honestly believe that if I had gotten her off of those, she would still be here today.
@zhk3689Ай бұрын
I totally agree with you. I see around so many people with their cupboards and bathroom cabinets stuffed with drugs! Ironically all of them have multiple health problems and these problems accumulate year after year. The majority of the doctors "treat" us with 2 things:drugs and surgery! One of my girlfriend's husband was in the same situation. I suggested that he'd stop "eating" these drugs, change his eating habbits and exercise. Of cause no one listened to me. But. Eventually he did the research himself, started to eat well balanced diet, some exercise, thew away all pills and all his tests became normal!

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products. Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues. Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

That will do absolutely nothing! You know why they put all that crap in food - to get you addicted and to get you to buy it again and again.

Sugar, sugar everywhere! Ridiculous! What drives me mad is that they have, in some states, taxes on sugary drinks. Instead of punishing the manufactures from putting this poison in their products, they punish the consumer! It will never solve the problem! I don't drink any "juices" and sort drinks, cook everything from scratch, don't by products with the ingredients I can't pronounce, use natural, "fragrance" free cleaning products, don't take any drugs (medicine). At least all these things I xan control myself.

My mother’s doctor told her if she stopped taking her protein pump inhibitors, she would develop esophageal cancer. She’s been on them for over a decade and I’ve been trying to get her off them years.
@CharleneTruncerАй бұрын
The esophageal cancer is a very real possibility if she stops. Am a retired long term oncology nurse. And I have had GERD for many years. I asked my dr for the liquid Zantac, which is usually a pediatric med. It has comparatively little side effects, especially when compared to the PPIs. The dose is adjusted to adult dose. Have her ask her dr if she can try it, transitioning & weaning off the PPI. I used to have periodic esophageal duplication. So my GERD was severe. Hope this could help her. Thank you for caring so much about your Mom. Getting to be a rare thing today. God bless.

You nailed it at 43:19 about eating for your blood type, I’ve read those books, and recommend them. In Short, I’m O negative, and my wife is A positive. I can eat red meat, vegetables, and some fruit with no problems, but if I eat simple carbohydrates I bloat. However my wife can eat just about anything, and she never gets fat! Even my sister makes funny of her saying “she can really pound down the food!” The reason according to the blood type books, O blood type people produce more stomach acid than A types so we have to eat complex real eat foods the way God made them as simple carbohydrates are a killer to us O types, but A blood type people do not produce enough stomach acids like O type people, so they can eat just about anything (just my simplified explanation on the books.) Something else I read in the blood type books… in Japan by law you have to marry someone with the same blood type, they take it that seriously in Japan! 😮
