I have stage 3 kidney disease. Doctor said I have a kidney stone. Why does the E-Coli keep returning? I clean the correct ways🤷🏾‍♀️but I am close built, is that one reason?

Iv been taking this for a UTI, I was put on for 5 days, and as the days have gone on it’s helped it and there is allot less burning, one thing I have noticed tho, I have home urinalysis dip things, and finally the test is negative in leukocytes, and everything else is negative other than blood :( it’s only really been since Iv been on the antibiotic, on the test it stays yellow with usually 1 or 2 tinnie green dots, is that bad? 🥺
