@casttrice Thank you for the comment, Casttrice! The reason why we remove the motor with the mounts still on it is because two of the allen screws connecting the motor to the motor mount are blocked by the motor itself. These screws cannot be taken off with a normal allen screwdriver. Also we recommend removing the servo horn so the throttle and brake linkages do not get stuck on anything when removing the motor. The linkages and servo horn are very easy to reinstall.

Hey nitrorcx what will happen if you have a gas powered car and when u are running it the batteries die

If your radio system has a fail safe setting then it will engage full brakes when the receiver cuts out. If you don't have this setting then it will keep going till it crashes into something.

Completely wrong. Failsafe will do nothing if your receiver pack dies, unless you have a smart receiver programmed to take action at a particular low voltage. What you need is a throttle return spring, and an elastic over the carb boot, and the failsafe setup correctly

actually you do not have to remove the servo horn really just remove the four bolts on the bottom then release the pip and lift so that the throttle link comes out :P but still good video :D
