theyr’re pretty big! also very calm and mature for early 20’s. I wonder if the 10-15 years of judo helped make them like that. Also regarding training every day for hours, i wonder if every day had hard randori. They must be very tough!

Thank you Sensei Nakano - what a great video with very interesting tips! I will definitely try this version of kouchi gari, but it looks like it mainly works best in ai yotsu? Can it also work in kenka yotsu?

I like this uchimata! It's an interesting technique to get your leg higher.. Training in Japan seems very hard but I guess that's how they get such good results. Thank you for sharing

That kouchigari seems very unique. Seems like ashiwaza almost? Great to be exposed to different styles. Thank you!

Sensei a question. would it be possible for you to share the leisure time you have with visitors from other schools? i mean i would love seeing how you spend time out of the Dojo and what you do for fun with your guests. More like a social vlog in a way. i know its not your style, but i thought i'd ask. Osu

Interesting video Sensei, although practicing 3 hours a day, every day, seems too much! That's why you're the best. Thank you and regards from Argentina :)
