I'm Denver born and raised, and the Dirt Band was quite highly thought of around here back in the day. One of the very first concerts I ever saw was when they played the field house of the local college. Fun show. Perhaps my biggest memory of that night was how often everyone in the band would just switch instruments and they'd all play something else every few songs. LOTS of talent there.

This song comes on every time I think of going fishin'. And it doesn't leave my mind for hours. Such a great song.

I think this is probably one of country's all time greatest songs! Still listening in 2012!

What kind of cretin would give this a "thumbs down"? This is classic stuff, and if you don't recognize that then you are useless. The Dirt Band was, is, and always will be awesome.
