I also got a couple of cheapo Baofeng BF-T3 walkie-talkies on Ebay (one for each scooter, 3-5km range, 446Mhz here in Ireland/Europe; 462Mhz in the U.S. & 419Mhz in China, if I remember rightly) - adds to the fun (and yes, sometimes practicality - fantastic backup if/when you don't have your mobile with you but remember - open frequency so NOT private. Still cool, once you set/calibrate your preferred subchannel[s]). Just enjoyin'.

@@wbharris1031 She was very surprised and happy to get the scooter. However, to be honest, we have been very disappointed with the scooter. It does not climb hills well and my wife is always having to zig-zag up medium steepness hills to get up them. My wife only weighs about 142 points. Also, the kickstand broke off. Furthermore, tire changers on this scooter are very difficult to perform. I've tried a few different methods to change the tire (zip ties, ratchet strap, watch numerous KZbin videos etc) with no success over a few weeks of trying. You've got to take off two layers of plastic to get to the battery just to get the tire off the scooter. And, even before taking off those top two layers of plastic you've got to use a hair dryer to remove the rubber layer that is on top of the scooter. I got all that done but could not get the new tire to seat on the rim. We ended up taking it to a scooter repair shop and the first thing they said was that this specific brand is among the most difficult. They got it done but now the scooter does not put power to the rear wheel and we are not sure why. We are gladly dumping this scooter and moving on to a Nami. I have a Nami burn-e 2 and absolutely love it. Tire changes on the Nami are easy enough and it seems bullet-proof. It absolutely flies up hills but is heavier and costs quite a bit more.

I’ve been looking into this model, the Segway Ninebot ES4, and the TurboAnt X7 Pro; I like that this company has sales often and you can get these scooters for less than the competitors without losing out on quality and features; definitely a scooter I’m considering since I need something to get around town

I love my scooter. I agree with everything you say. The app for me has only started to have problems though, I will add my phone was on low battery at that point. I have added a few LEDs to it to make it snap a bit more and will do a few more decorative mods soon.

Nice little scooter for my 15 year old girl, but only 350w/700w peak is a bit too little. My own is 6000w, but I'm 250lb and Goddam it is fast!

Thank you for including a section dedicated to gravel/dirt usage. Along with commuting to work on paved roads, I'd also like to be able to ride with my kids at the lake where we only have packed gravel roads. I suppose one would have to watch out for larger stones or branches.

Super sick scooter. Chose this over the ninebot max and I almost got the KQi3 Sport but I found a KQi3 Pro for $500. I cant wait for the weekend so I'm watching all the KQi videos, AGAIN. Cheers and enjoy your scooter. 💯

Very nice. I’d be mighty tempted if we weren’t already committed to our PeV’s. And that discount sounds awesome. I might’ve missed the collapsed stem mode, in which I assume the stem functions as a handle for the scooter. That mechanism looked interesting and novel.

Don't buy it for 600 euros thrown away....... In 6 months I have sent it 4 times to Germany for repair, they don't have points in Italy for repair. They don't speak Italian, but Italian money is convenient for them. Unreliable people and poor product. With the old xiaomi scooter, not all the failures I encountered on this scooter had happened to me. Bought on 11/26/2022 and in July 2023 it broke for the 4/5th time because in the last ticket, in addition to the second breakage of the ignition button, error 03 was added to the accelerator. Buy other brands.
